Rob maintains a broad litigation practice focused on commercial disputes, professional regulatory matters and employment claims. He regularly acts in shareholder/partnership disputes, complex contractual disputes, urgent injunctions and business valuation matters.
Recognized by Best Lawyers as “One to Watch” in Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Rob has a diverse trial and appellate practice. He has delivered results for clients at all levels of court in Ontario, the Manitoba Court of Appeal, private arbitrations and various administrative tribunals. He is also called to the bar in New York.
Prior to joining Adair Goldblatt Bieber, Rob articled and practiced at Lenczner Slaght LLP. He earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall where he received the J. Edward Thompson Q.C. Memorial Scholarship for attaining the highest standing of second-year students in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution program.
