John Adair and Robert Trenker successfully represented a minority shareholder of a private equity firm in a claim for oppression and breach of a shareholders’ agreement. The arbitral tribunal awarded our client the right to purchase a majority interest in the company at a substantial discount to its $20 million fair market value.
