UofT Fanaki Competition Law Moot team prepares with AGB
This afternoon, we had the pleasure of hosting a moot run through for the Henry N.R. Jackman Faculty of Law - University of Toronto team for the Adam F. Fanaki Competition Law Moot. Supported by our very own Nate Read-Ellis as Faculty Coach, the mooters did a great job advocating both sides of this year’s problem about the greenwashing provisions in the Competition Act. They are well prepared for the moot taking place March 27-28, and we wish them the very best!
Along with Nate, our lawyers Robert Trenker, Jacqueline Houston, and Ana Qarri pitched in to judge the moot run through.
