Insurance Coverage Disputes
Our lawyers regularly act for policyholders and insurers in disputes involving the interpretation and enforcement of insurance policies, including those insuring commercial property, general liability, errors and omissions (E&O), directors and officers (D&O), builder's risk, cyber risks, life, home, and title.
In our policyholder practice we act for a broad cross-section of insured clients, ranging from homeowners seeking indemnity following a house fire to large corporations seeking insurance coverage for class actions.
AGB also has extensive experience in negligence claims against insurance brokers where a broker's error has allegedly led to risks being uninsured and under-insured.
