Professional Liability & Regulation
Adair Goldblatt Bieber's experience both prosecuting and defending regulated professionals means that we approach professional liability cases from every angle.
Several of our lawyers are trusted to defend and respond to civil claims on behalf of lawyers, accountants, health professionals, social workers, and other professionals across Canada. We also regularly prosecute professional negligence claims on behalf of plaintiffs.
Our lawyers also regularly act in the defence of regulatory investigations, proceedings and prosecutions, with particular experience before the Ontario Securities Commission and Capital Markets Tribunal. Our lawyers also prosecute unlicensed practitioners for the Law Society of Ontario.
