We are pleased to announce that our firm and lawyers have again been recognized by Benchmark Litigation Canada for their exceptional advocacy and litigation expertise. Based on extensive peer reviews and interviews, this acknowledgment speaks to our firm and lawyers' reputation for excellence in litigation.

In this 15th Edition of the Benchmark Litigation Canada Guide, AGB continues to be recognized as a 'Highly Recommended Firm' for Dispute Resolution, and ten of our lawyers have been individually recognized:

  • John Adair, Simon Bieber, Jordan Goldblatt and Julia Wilkes continue to be recognized as Litigation Stars; and
  • Gord McGuire, Nathaniel Read-Ellis, and Robert Stellick continue to be recognized as Future Stars, and are joined this year by Robert Trenker, Sean Pierce, and Cameron Rempel.

These acknowledgments are well-deserved and reflect the depth of AGB's expertise and our firm's commitment developing the next generation of exceptional litigators.

More about Benchmark Litigation Canada

As part of Benchmark Litigation, Benchmark Canada stands as the only Canadian legal publication to focus exclusively on litigation. Since its inception, the Benchmark brand has grown dramatically and garnered industry-wide accolades as the definitive hub for in-depth analysis of the players shaping the dynamic practice of litigation.

Each year, Benchmark conducts research through extensive interviews with litigators, dispute resolution specialists, and their clients, to identify the nation's leading litigators and firms. During interviews, Benchmark examines recent casework handled by law firms and asks individual litigators to provide their professional opinions on peers and practitioners within their jurisdiction or practice area.
