Sports Disputes
Disputes between national and provincial sports organizations (“NSOs” and “PSOs”) and their athletes generally proceed through an administrative complaint process that is ultimately adjudicated before tribunals. Our firm has substantial experience assisting all parties and institutions involved in these disputes.
We regularly act for NSOs, PSOs, and athletes in their disputes, before both the relevant administrative tribunals and court. Our lawyers are also regularly trusted by the independent third parties for the NSOs and PSOs to act as the mediators and adjudicators hearing and resolving disputes between athletes and their respective sports organizations.
