Jordan Goldblatt and Jocelyn Howell acted for the defendant soccer organizations in this lengthy, nine week trial and subsequent appeal, successfully defending the soccer organizations against all tort claims advanced by the owner of a professional soccer club. The soccer club alleged that the defendant soccer organizations had caused it multi-million dollar losses. All claims against our firm's clients were dismissed.

Jordan and Jocelyn were entirely successful in resisting the plaintiff’s appeal of the trial judgment and costs award.
