Sean is an associate at Adair Goldblatt Bieber LLP. He has a broad civil litigation practice, including commercial litigation, professional liability and regulation, and administrative, public, and constitutional law.
Prior to joining Adair Goldblatt Bieber LLP, Sean served as a law clerk to Justice Alexandra Hoy, Justice David Paciocco, and Justice Mahmud Jamal at the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He also practiced as an associate at another litigation boutique in Toronto. Before clerking, Sean completed his articles at the Constitutional Law Branch of Ontario’s Ministry of the Attorney General and worked as a legal researcher for the Long-Term Care Homes Public Inquiry, chaired by Justice Eileen Gillese.
Sean obtained civil and common law degrees from McGill University. While at law school, Sean worked as the Director of Student Advocacy for the Legal Information Clinic at McGill, where he advised and represented students at university hearings. He was also a Senior Editor for the McGill Law Journal and competed in the Wilson Moot, where his team won top factum and placed second overall.
Before law school, Sean obtained a master’s degree in political science and completed a non-partisan parliamentary internship program, where he assisted both government and opposition Members of Parliament.
