Our Work

John Adair and Sean Pierce, together with co-counsel Anil Kapoor, successfully resisted a motion seeking disclosure of information submitted to the Attorney General of Canada as part of a proceeding under the national security provisions of the Canada Evidence Act. An appeal of this decision has been scheduled.
