Sean is a skillful and dauntless courtroom advocate who works diligently to advance his clients’ interests. Sean has extensive experience in complex litigation which he draws from to provide strategic advice to his clients. In every case, Sean works carefully to either find the necessary leverage to negotiate a favourable settlement, or lay the foundation to succeed at trial.

Sean maintains a broad civil litigation practice which includes complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, professional liability, and public and administrative law. Sean’s clients have included international insurance companies and brokerages, real estate developers, regulated professionals, and household names in the food and beverage industry.
Sean’s practice focuses on trial and appellate advocacy. He has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in Ontario and regularly appears before administrative tribunals and boards. Sean prefers to be in court and is particularly in his element when acting for his clients in complex trials and arbitrations.
Prior to joining Adair Goldblatt Bieber, Sean practiced at Lenczner Slaght LLP, where he gained significant experience in trials, arbitrations, and professional discipline hearings.
Sean completed his Juris Doctor at Western Law. In addition to earning several prizes and scholarships – including the Robert M. Solomon Scholarship in Tort Law and the Canvasback Publishing Prize in Administrative Law – Sean completed the JD program as Western Law’s 2019 Gold Medalist.
