Sean Blakeley, with counsel and while at his prior firm, represented the successful respondent real estate developers in this appeal of a summary judgment motion. The court of Appeal for Ontario agreed with the motion judge's decision to dismiss the action as it was barred by operation of the Limitations Act, 2002.
