Simon Bieber, Sean Blakeley, and Rachel Allen act for a national window and door manufacturer in a $10.5M action against one of its competitors. 152 Canada alleges that Simon Pozneris and Canadian Choice Windows & Doors misused confidential information to commandeer 152 Canada's operations in the Atlantic provinces, and in doing so is liable for breach of contract and intentional interference with economic relations, amongst other causes of action. The case was recently featured in Canadian Lawyer magazine.
