Ritika assists clients in all types of complex civil, commercial, and administrative law matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, product liability claims, class actions, investigations, and constitutional litigation.

Ritika joined the firm in 2023 after practicing as an associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP. She holds a law degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where she conducted research on privacy law and the impact of automated decision-making in Canada’s immigration system under the guidance of Professor Lisa Austin.

Ritika’s passion for advocacy began during law school, where she was an active member of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law’s Moot Court Committee. She excelled as a member of the Wilson Moot team, achieving second place nationally. She also led the Family Law Project for Pro Bono Students Canada in Ontario and held a position as an International Human Rights Program Fellow. During her fellowship, Ritika analyzed human rights violations in the Asia-Pacific region at the UN Human Rights Office in Geneva, Switzerland and assisted the UN Special Rapporteur of Myanmar’s mission investigating the Rohingya genocide. Ritika continues to engage with her broader professional community through organizations such as Human Rights Watch, The Advocate’s Society, and Young Women in Law.
