Our Work

Ritika Rai (with colleagues at her prior firm) successfully resisted certification of a proposed class action alleging improper fuel and environmental surcharges on waste removal services by the defendant corporation. The action was dismissed on all five prerequisites to certification of a class proceeding under Alberta's Class Proceedings Act.
