Jordan Goldblatt and Ritika Rai act for the plaintiffs in this solicitor negligence dispute. They were recently wholly successful on three motions: to extend time for service, to assess all of the solicitors’ previous accounts, and they successfully defended a motion to strike the statement of claim against the individually named lawyers.
