Rachel is developing a broad litigation practice. Prior to joining Adair Goldblatt Bieber, Rachel completed her articles at a prominent commercial litigation boutique, where she gained experience in a diverse range of matters including shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, and provincial offence prosecutions. She then honed her advocacy skills at a criminal litigation firm.
Rachel graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where she served on the Moot Court Committee and as a senior editor on the Law Review. She participated in the Callaghan Moot, was a co-leader of an International Human Rights Project working group, and spent a summer working as a research assistant for several professors.
Before law school, Rachel completed an Honours Bachelors of Arts at the University of Toronto with a double major in History and English. Since 2021, she has volunteered with the Canadian Association of LGBTQ2S+ Lawyers ("Call-Acal") to help plan the PRISME Conference, and is presently on the Call-Acal Board of Directors.
