Caroline is developing a broad commercial and civil litigation practice. Before joining AGB, Caroline worked in the tax group of a leading full-service law firm, where she maintained a mixed practice of tax litigation and dispute resolution and corporate tax planning. Caroline has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court (Commercial List), Tax Court of Canada, and Federal Court of Appeal. 

While earning her law degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, Caroline competed for the University of Toronto Varsity Blues Track Team and was a semi-finalist at the Bowman National Tax Moot.
