AGB is pleased to welcome Caroline Harrell to the firm.
Caroline is developing a broad commercial and civil litigation practice. Before joining AGB, Caroline worked in the tax group of a leading full-service law firm, where she maintained a mixed practice of tax litigation and dispute resolution and corporate tax planning. Caroline’s tax background gives her a strong understanding of the broader business context of commercial disputes. Clients benefit from her ability to navigate complex legal matters with precision and clarity.
Caroline has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court (Commercial List), Tax Court of Canada, and Federal Court of Appeal. While earning her law degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, Caroline competed for the University of Toronto Varsity Blues Track Team and was a semi-finalist at the Bowman National Tax Moot. Caroline also has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria, and is continuing her education with a three-year in-depth specialized tax program for lawyers through the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
Please join us in welcoming Caroline!
