Simon Bieber, Cameron Rempel, and Caroline Harrell acted for Cacoeli Asset Management Inc., a group of companies operating as a private investment firm, in response to an application by the Ontario Securities Commission to appoint to appoint a receiver over the companies under s. 129 of the Securities Act .
