Andrew Locatelli

Andrew maintains a comprehensive litigation practice, representing individuals, corporations, and partnerships in complex, high-stakes civil and commercial disputes, professional liability matters, securities litigation, and public and administrative proceedings. Andrew's diverse experience, sharp focus, and strategic mindset make him a reliable advisor who quickly understands the issues and outcomes most important to each client.

Andrew has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, the Manitoba Court of King's Bench, and a range of administrative tribunals. Andrew has also acted as counsel in numerous confidential arbitrations, guiding clients through sensitive matters with careful attention to detail.

Andrew earned his JD from Western University, where he graduated with distinction and received the Law Society of Ontario Prize for Academic Excellence and the Robert M. Solomon Scholarship in Tort Law.

• Osgoode Property Law Disputes in Canada: Strategies and Remedies: Andrew was invited to share his expertise at OsgoodePD's certificate program on Property Disputes: Strategies and Remedies. This program offered practical tools to navigate and prevent land disputes along with strategies to handle issues from nuisance and boundary conflicts to regulatory compliance.
• Osgoode Constitutional Law Moot: Andrew Locatelli served as a judge at the Osgoode Constitutional Law Moot, hosted by Osgoode Hall Law School.
