Andrew Locatelli, with counsel and while at his prior firm, acted as trial and appellate counsel to two Plaintiff employee pension and injured workers funds in a breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract claim with a manager of public infrastructure projects. The Plaintiffs successfully obtained judgment of over $259,000,000 at trial. The Manitoba Court of Appeal’s decision remains under reserve.
