Andrew Locatelli, with counsel and while at his prior firm, represented the Claimants in a dispute over the ownership and management of a large commercial plaza. The arbitrator awarded the Claimants a 50% interest in the commercial plaza, injunctive relief, and full indemnity costs. The arbitrator’s decision was overturned on an application to the Ontario Superior Court. The Claimants appealed the Superior Court’s decision to the Court of Appeal for Ontario. The appellate court’s decision remains under reserve.
