Geoff Adair represented the successful appellant, Kelly Orr (Rainville), in this appeal to the Ontario Court of Appeal involving a claim for damages for negligent misrepresentation by MTCC 1056 and Brookfield in the issuance of an estoppel certificate to the plaintiff.
