Simon Bieber and Cameron Rempel successfully moved to stay an Ontario Superior Court of Justice action and refer the dispute to arbitration in Dubai, UAE, pursuant to the International Commercial Arbitration Act, based on the parties' prior written agreement to arbitrate.
