Jocelyn Howell

Jocelyn Howell is building a broad civil litigation practice.

Prior to joining Adair Goldblatt Bieber LLP, Jocelyn served as a judicial law clerk to judges of the Court of Appeal for Ontario. She previously articled at Stikeman Elliott LLP and worked as a summer student in the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health’s Legal Services Department.

Jocelyn completed her law degree at Queen’s University, where she graduated with the third-highest standing in her class. While at law school, Jocelyn competed in the Laskin administrative law moot and volunteered as a caseworker at the Queen’s Legal Aid Clinic. She also received awards recognizing her specific achievements in public law and trial advocacy.
