Rebecca Kennedy

Rebecca primarily practices in the area of estate litigation. She assists clients with a broad range of matters including will challenges, estate and trust accounting disputes, dependant’s support claims, capacity issues, guardianships, and power of attorney litigation.

Prior to joining Adair Goldblatt Bieber LLP as an associate in 2022, Rebecca practiced at a leading estate litigation boutique firm in Toronto for over 5 years.

Rebecca has a J.D. from Queen’s University and a B.A. (Hons.) from Carleton University. She has completed the Osgoode Hall Law School Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop. During law school, Rebecca was a student caseworker for the Queen’s Elder Law Clinic.

Rebecca has been a member of the Ontario Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Section executive since 2020, and is currently the section’s Newsletter Editor. Rebecca also moderates the Trusts and Estates Section’s monthly Brown Bag Lunch sessions.
