Simon Bieber, Alex Fidler-Wener, Cameron Rempel, and Emma Parry act for the defendant general partners in this highly contentious dispute over three limited partnerships, each with an interest in non-party project companies that own development properties. Our firm successfully resisted the plaintiff limited partners’ motion for interlocutory injunctive relief against the defendants and various non-parties freezing the project companies’ assets and issuing CPLs on their properties.
