AGB is trial counsel to the plaintiffs in this major land development dispute in respect of various high profile projects in Toronto and Ottawa. Most recently, Jordan Goldblatt and Alex Fidler-Wener successfully defended a motion for security for costs, successfully prosecuted a motion requiring the production of closely-guarded financial and accounting information, and defended a cross-motion for an order dividing production and bifurcating the trial.
