Join AGB partner Robert Stellick on October 2, 2024 for the Law Society of Ontario's annual CPD program: The Twelve Minute Civil Litigator. Year over year, this program provides an efficient, go-to resource for key updates in civil litigation case law, legislation, procedure, and practice.
Robert be presenting an update on Pierringer releases. His presentation will address the risks associated with not making prompt and complete disclosure of these partial settlement agreements to all parties and the Court. Robert will also speak to how the judicial treatment of this disclosure requirements is evolving.
