While practicing separately, two of our lawyers were counsel in this Coroner's inquest into the death of a young person that examined Ontario's child welfare system. Jordan Goldblatt acted for the unionized child protection workers of the Children's Aid Society of Toronto, and Alex Fidler-Wener acted with now Justice Freya Kristjanson for the Provincial Advocate for Children and Youth.
