Nathaniel Read-Ellis acted for the intervener, Indigenous Climate Action, in this Charter challenge brought by seven young people challenging the Government of Ontario’s greenhouse reduction target set in the Cap and Trade Cancellation Act and Ontario’s Made-in-Ontario Environmental Plan.
