The OBA's Elder Law Day co-chaired by Rebecca Kennedy

On June 19, the Ontario Bar Association's Elder Law Section is hosting their annual Elder Law Day.

Co-chaired by AGB partner Rebecca Kennedy, this half-day program will address the most pressing legal issues impacting our aging population. An expert faculty will get you up to speed and share need-to-know insights on advanced issues in the areas of elder law and trust and estates litigation.

Rebecca and her team have a really interesting and unique agenda planned, including panels on how to incorporate collaborative practice into elder law matters, the role of criminal law in protecting vulnerable older adults, and loneliness, vulnerability and the law.

We encourage you to join Rebecca and the OBA's Elder Law Section to maximize your knowledge, expand your legal toolkit, and connect with colleagues and friends at the bar in ever-growing, deeply meaningful, and highly complex area of practice.

You can learn more out about Elder Law Day and register here. Attendance will advance you 3 hours and 30 minutes towards your substantive CPD requirements with the Law Society of Ontario.
