November is the Ontario Bar Association's Make a Will Month, during which committed members of the OBA's Trusts and Estates Law Section are presenting free legal information sessions across Ontario discussing the importance of having a will and planning ahead.

AGB partner, Rebecca Kennedy, will be at the St. Lawrence Branch of the Toronto Public Library on November 14, 2024 from 7:00pm-8:00pm. She will be providing a free information session on powers of attorney, the elements of a will, the importance of having them, what happens if you do not, and special considerations to keep in mind when preparing your estate and care plans.
