IDEA training with Nikki Gershbain

Our firm recently had the pleasure of learning with Nikki Gershbain, the founder and CEO of IDEA Consulting Group.

Nikki spent the day at AGB, providing our entire team - lawyers and staff, alike - with training sessions on Understanding Law Firm IDEA: a dynamic, interactive program covering the principles of inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility ("IDEA"), and their specific application to the legal profession and law firms.

We so enjoyed the opportunity to learn from and engage with Nikki on these essential topics, with a view continuing our firm's journey to fostering the equity and inclusivity of our workplace, and building a truly representative team. Nikki's refreshing, shame-free approach to discussing these (sometimes difficult) topics fostered thoughtful, reflective and productive conversations.

AGB's commitment to promoting equity and inclusion, both within and outside our firm, is continuous and ongoing. Inviting thought leaders like Nikki to share their expertise, and to encourage us to take time out of our busy days to engage with and reflect on these important topics, is essential to living up to our commitment to continuously improve the diversity, equity, inclusivity and accessibility of our workplace.
