We are proud to announce and congratulate our newest partners, Robert Trenker, Rebecca Kennedy, and Cameron Rempel. 

Rob maintains a broad commercial litigation and employment law practice. He represents a diverse range of clients (from individuals to public corporations) on complex motions and applications, at trials, on appeals and in arbitrations. In addition to success in the courtroom, Rob finds practical solutions to his client’s complex legal problems.

Rebecca is the firm’s leading practitioner in trusts and estates. She acts as a compassionate and supportive legal advisor and advocate for clients in all types of estate and trust litigation matters. She is also deeply engaged as a leader in the trust and estates legal community.

Cam maintains a diverse litigation practice focused on commercial disputes and matters involving fraud, conspiracy, defamation, civil sexual assault, professional liability and employment law. He has acted at all stages of administrative, arbitration and court proceedings — appearing before trial and appellate courts across Canada and various administrative tribunals.
