The fifth annual Prisme Conference is underway, running from July 22-24 at the Halifax Convention Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Prisme is an annual conference presented by the Canadian Association of LGBTQ2S+ Lawyers ("Call-Acal"). This year's theme is Unity in Law: Shaping the Future of 2SLGBTQ+ Rights. 

AGB lawyer, Rachel Allen, is on the Board of Directors of Call-Acal and is the conference's Senior Director of Logistics & Conference Operations. She has worked tirelessly to ensure the entire event runs smoothly and effectively, allowing for maximum insight, inspiration, and connection. With Prisme, Call-Acal creates an inclusive and collaborative forum to discuss current issues facing 2SLGBTQ+ individuals in the legal profession and the advancement of 2SLGBTQ+ rights, both in Canada and around the world. The conference brings together judges, lawyers, activists and students from across the country, all with a commitment to building networks in our communities and increasing representation and equity for 2SLGBTQ+ legal professionals in Canada and advancing 2SLGBTQ+ human rights.
