Morgan maintains a diverse and growing litigation practice. Prior to joining the firm, she honed her expertise in a diverse range of constitutional and administrative law matters during her articles at the Department of Justice’s National Litigation Sector in Toronto. She then practiced as litigation counsel in the Department’s Tax Law Services Division, where she handled appeals on behalf of the Crown before the Tax Court of Canada.

Morgan completed her law degree at Queen’s University Faculty of Law, where she developed a keen interest on the intersection between business and law. She participated in the Queen’s Law International Business Law Program in the U.K. and worked as a research assistant to a professor writing a book on international commercial arbitration.

Before law school, Morgan worked for Senator Jim Munson, where she was responsible for crafting speeches and providing briefing materials for the Senator. This experience developed Morgan’s aptitude for thorough research and analysis, and her ability to craft compelling narratives for effective advocacy.
