Justin is the Director of Finance at Adair Goldblatt Bieber, where he oversees all aspects of the firm’s financial operations, including financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management. He also leads the firm’s ongoing and year-end accounting processes. Justin works closely with the partnership to support the firm’s financial strategy and long-term planning.
Before joining AGB, Justin served as Director of Finance at a prominent full-service Toronto law firm. He brings over 20 years of senior finance experience across the transportation and logistics sectors, as well as in telecommunications and manufacturing.
Justin takes a client-centred approach, aligning finance systems and practices with the needs of both the firm and its clients—today and into the future. He prioritizes strong internal controls and financial oversight, ensuring that firm assets and client funds are safeguarded, accurately tracked, and readily accessible.
A collaborative leader and dedicated mentor, Justin fosters a team-oriented approach within the finance function and is committed to developing and supporting those who work alongside him.
