Erin is developing a broad litigation practice. Before joining Adair Goldblatt Bieber, Erin completed her articles at Ontario’s Ministry of the Attorney General - Constitutional Law Branch. She went on to clerk for Justices James MacPherson, Justice Katherine van Rensburg, and Justice Lene Madsen at the Court of Appeal for Ontario. She then honed her advocacy skills at Stikeman Elliott LLP, where she practiced as an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group.

Erin holds a law degree from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law, Lakehead University. During law school, Erin participated in various advocacy and research-based activities, including working as a student clinician at the Newcomer Legal Clinic in Thunder Bay and completing a specialized practice placement at an Immigration and Refugee Law firm in Toronto. She was also elected president of Lakehead University’s Law Students’ Society and participated as an oralist in the Wilson Moot. Erin graduated on the Dean’s Honour Roll and was recognized for her leadership initiatives, receiving the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law’s Student Leadership Award and the Royal Society of Canada’s Justice Rosalie Silberman Abella Prize.

Prior to pursuing her law degree, Erin worked for several years as a Court and Client Representative in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. In that role, she supported the day-to-day operation of busy courtrooms, preparing and processing court orders and working directly with judges, counsel, and self-represented litigants. This experience gave her a practical understanding of court procedure and an appreciation for efforts to improve access to justice, which continue to inform her approach to advocacy.
