Emma is developing a broad commercial and civil litigation practice. She assists individuals and businesses across various industries with complex commercial disputes, shareholder claims, employment matters, professional liability claims and defences, and securities litigation.

Prior to joining Adair Goldblatt Bieber, Emma practiced commercial litigation with a focus on employment law at a leading Ontario full-service firm, where she also completed her articles. Emma earned her law degree at Queen’s University, where she honed her advocacy skills as a competitive moot oralist and student caseworker at the Queen’s Law Clinic. Prior to law school, Emma completed a Bachelor of Commerce and worked in financial services.
