Jordan acts for businesses, individuals and public authorities in all manner of civil litigation, including complex contractual and tort disputes, administrative and regulatory matters, and internal investigations. He counsels clients at all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation advice and investigation through settlement and final appeals. He has extensive experience representing clients across various industries, appearing as lead counsel before all levels of Court in Ontario.

Jordan has particular experience working with regulated professionals. He regularly works with lawyers, accountants, physicians, pharmacists, and early childhood educators in defending civil and regulatory proceedings through to hearing, and responding to investigations.

Jordan is a strong and committed advocate for his clients. His dedication to advocacy started at the University of Toronto's law school, where he was awarded the Stephanie Fleur Couzin Mooting Award for exceptional performance and commitment to student advocacy, and was an oralist in the faculty’s Grand Moot. Post-law school, Jordan honed his skills as a litigation associate at McCarthy Tetrault LLP, where he gained experience in class action defence, fraud and white-collar criminal enforcement matters.

Jordan’s reputation as a highly capable and meticulous legal advocate have been recognized by clients and peers alike, having been recognized as a Benchmark “Future Star” and as one of Best Lawyers Canada’s “Ones to Watch” in Commercial Litigation.
